Hitting the Cold Spots is an energy advice service funded by Hampshire County Council and delivered by the Environment Centre (tEC). The service runs all year round to help residents live more comfortably, particularly during extreme weather conditions, and to improve the energy efficiency and warmth of their home.

The Environment Centre (tEC) is an independent environmental charity specialising in home energy and air quality.

We welcome contact from all residents across Hampshire and do our best to accommodate specific communications needs.

We use Clear Voice’s language translation service for those who feel more comfortable speaking a language other than English over the phone.
