Hampshire County Council’s Live Longer Better programme offers tips and advice for staying steady on your feet.
The website includes information on local classes that can help you build and maintain general balance and coordination.
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service offers a range of services that help you stay safe at home. Their teams carry out Safe and Well visits at your home which include checking for fire hazards, testing smoke alarms, testing carbon monoxide alarms and even provide fire resistant bedding where required.
