We had a Hampshire client who was bedbound, with energy bills that were based on inaccurate overestimates. The Hitting the Cold Spots team identified this issue and acted on the client’s behalf to resolve the dispute. They were able to secure compensation, including £900 credit refunded and £120 in compensation after this long-term dispute with the client’s energy supplier. The team was also able to have the client’s old gas and electric meters swapped to smart meters.
